Abstract
Dolphinaria around the world offer opportunities to swim with captive dolphins and, in some cases, offer dolphin-therapy as a way to treat people with autism and other health issues. However, studies of dolphin therapy have been poorly designed and controlled and there is little hard evidence of positive health benefits from dolphin therapy.
