Abstract
Ab obstacle to cooperation on outdoor cat management is the conservationist attempt to produce a cat-free landscape in the near future without considering any form of trap-neuter-and-return program anywhere. The biggest losers, besides the cats who die, are the wildlife all groups would like to protect. Research to improve outdoor cat control options and identify the best compromise solution for cats and wildlife in a specific locality is still but a dream.
